The real estate market in Tamworth has neutralised.
There was a shortage of properties offered for sale last year in most pricing sectors; however with the boost of last years sales/prices, more properties have come onto the market.
This change has levelled out the supply/demand ratio.
It has now become more competitive if your a seller, and more choice as a buyer.
There are still on average 110sales per month in Tamworth (residential).
So if you are thinking of selling, if you are priced correctly within 5% of the market value, and you have a strong marketing campaign, you will be sold in a reasonable timeframe.
