				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have a new personal assistant and her name is Sarah Asbury. She is young and bubbly, smart and driven, fresh from high school. She completed year 12 at Oxley High School last year and began her journey into real state in year 11, studying her certificate 3 in property services. I first met Sarah at Tafe campus, when I visited the class to speak more about working in the industry. Sarah completed the course with flying colours and topped the class by coming first. I approached Sarah a couple of times on social media and sent her a job position we had available in our office at the time. She responded with I would like to finish my HSC first, but thank you for the opportunity. Then another position became available working a few hours a week to start learning the ropes while Sarah was still completing her HSC.  She started to assist me with administration roles, such as data entry, documents, follow up phone calls and attending open houses with me. After Sarah completed her HSC, she was offered a full time position on reception and a few days a week working for me. She learnt more about the industry and how property management developed in the office. During this period, she was continuing her further education with her cert 4 for her license, through Tafe and Academic Pavilion. Now Sarah is my full time pa, her role is creating files and attending to any inspections/open houses, buyer follow up calls and to help me win more business. Her goal is to finish her cert 4 this year and to continue to grow her knowledge in real estate. I will support her with what area she would like to progress to working in the industry. However, she is leaning towards admin side of things, as she is very good at creating files, documentation and attention to detail. Welcome to the team Sarah. </p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When looking to buy your first home or investment; it is easy to assume that your finance will be &#8216;fine&#8217;, or that you have a &#8216;good deposit&#8217;, and assume that finance will be a walk in the park.</p>
<p>It is a very common occurrence that a prospective purchaser finds the home of their dreams, falls in love, makes an offer which is accepted, then is left with the challenge of completing their finance in a short period of time to secure the property. Which can be very stressful.</p>

<p>So much is happening in this now large regional city. New businesses have opened their doors, the Tamworth Regional Council has been spending money on new infrastructure such as roads and public areas. The new hospital is fired up and running. There is a really good feel in the town, and i believe this will boost the real estate market in 2016. When people are happy, they are happy to spend money!</p>
<p>For all the buyers out there: there is no better time to find your next project or investment property. If your looking to purchase to live, don&#8217;t spend anymore time in the place you don&#8217;t want to be in. Interest rates are at record lows, and there are some great properties out there (not enough!)</p>
<p>For all the sellers!: Stock levels are quite low in Tamworth. If you have a property that you have been considering selling for a while, this may be your chance to enter an above average market at the right time.</p>

Technology is constantly changing, and mobiles and tablets are being used more often to search real estate etc. This has prompted me to change what I do. Myself, business partner Dean Cummins and the PRD office have just updated our websites to become mobile and tablet friendly, as well as giving our sites a huge facelift!</p>
<p>Hopefully this new site offers consumers an easier way of searching through the data they are interested in, and have the opportunity to enquire at the click of a button!</p>
<p>One thing I plan to do for the rest of this year and coming into 2016 is get better at updating my BLOG!!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>5years ago, as a hungry 19year old, i started as Rob Philp&#8217;s personal assistant.</p>
<p>PRDnationwide Tamworth has given me the environment and training i need, in just 5years, to become a Director in the company and alongside Sales Manager Dean Cummins and Rob Philp. And to also be ranked #10 agent in the PRDnationwide network.</p>
<p>Yes there was alot of hard work, effort, energy, tears and challenges, aswell as triumphs. But without the support of my fellow directors, colleagues, clients and most of all my family, none of this would have been possible.</p>
<p>From 19 to 24 alot has happened. And i wouldn&#8217;t change a thing.</p>
